MEET PASTRY CHEF MOLLIE
Hi, my name is Mollie.
My love for baking first came out of my Oma’s kitchen, at the age of 4. My mom handed me a child-sized rolling pin, about 6 inches long with tiny red handles which I used to roll out the crust for my first apple pie. My passion for the dessert world grew as I did. And started decorating cakes while in high school.
After high school, I attended the Western Culinary Institute-Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, Oregon. I graduated with honors and received an Associates Degree of Occupational Study along with the coveted Le Cordon Bleu Certification in Patisserie and Baking.
In the fall of 2007 my company was born…..MollieCakes & Confections.
